Hi, this is Chad with PrimalPal. I'm going to give you an Overview of the Meal Planner within PrimalPal.
You can see that the Meal Planner is set up in a calendar view Monday through Sunday. It's a weekly view, most people plan their meals in weekly increments. And so that's how we've set up the Meal Planner.
You also notice the different courses for each day. We have Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks and Desserts. We really wanted it to be very clean and simple, so that you can easily see the different courses that you're planning throughout the week.
You'll also notice that today Wednesday is green and that really tells you the day that you are currently on. Tomorrow, Thursday will be green, Friday will be green so on and so forth.
You'll see that there is a "Print" button upper left hand corner. A "Change Servings" button and then also "Search" and "Filter" capabilities within the Meal Planner. I will actually be going through those in separate videos. Make sure you look for those.
