Hey! It's Chris with PrimalPal. Today I'm going to talk about one of the most powerful tools in your paleo meal planning arsenal. It is the "My Recipes" section in PrimalPal. Inside the members area if you are under the recipes page, all you do is click on "My Recipes". If you're brand new to PrimalPal, this would be an empty page for you.
But as you search through recipes, and you make recipes and you try different things, you'll find some recipes that you really like. What you'll do is you'll just click on "Add to My Recipes." I'll give you an example, if I'm searching through the "All Recipes" page and I come across something I like, for example some Chewy Pecan Pie Brittle.
Let's say I try it and I really like it, well I can click "Add to My Recipes." You can see it will be added to "My Recipes" it says, "Marked as My Recipe." When I go over to "My Recipes" you can see it's here at the top, because that's the one I added most recently.
Now how this can really help you is when you are in the Meal Planner, and you are making your Meal Plan for the week. If you simply want to look for recipes that are your favorite recipes. Go ahead and expand the filter box and just hit "My Recipes." When you do that, you can see that all of your favorite recipes are right here, ready for you to go ahead and just drag and drop over into your Meal Plan. It's really that easy.
The "My Recipes" page is a very powerful tool, go ahead and make sure that you are saving your favorite recipes there. It's your highly personalized recipe box that has all your favorite paleo recipes. It can also serve as place to keep your go to Paleo recipes when you are in a jam or if you just want to make sure that you’re incorporating some of your favorites into your Meal Plan.
If you are a member make sure that you go in right now, add some recipes to your favorites. If you're not a member I don't know what you are waiting for, but get signed up. Get a free trial, give it a test drive. We know you'll love it. We'll be excited to have you as a member.
