Hi, this is Chad with PrimalPal. I'm going to show you how to use the date range selector from your Meal Plan. You can see at the top you have the ability to plan "Today", "The Next 7 Days", "The Next 15 Days" and "The Next 30 Days." This give you the ability to shop as far in advance as you would like. You can even have the ability to see the details of the recipe's you have planned from right from the "Shopping List." page
Since most people plan in weekly increments, I'm going to click on the "The Next 7 Days". You will be prompted that you have just planned for "The Next 7 Days" and the shopping list will then list all of the ingredients needed to plan the recipes planned over the next 7 days. You will see all of the planned recipes on the left hand side in the "Recipe Key."
You can see tthat all of the ingredients are categorized are now categorized in the "Shopping List." Primalpal gives you the ability to customize your Meal Plan. Shop with whatever date range that works for you. Whether that would be "Today", "Next 7 Days", "Next 15 Days", or "Next 30 Days." That is it, that is how to select a date range from your Meal Plan.
