We hear from a lot of people during the week. They tell us what some of their challenges are and what actions they need to take to reach their health and fitness goals. It's interesting that a lot of people actually know what it would take to reach their goals but they struggle to actually make it happen.
One of the action items that people know is important to achieving goals like losing weight, is to plan their meals. But it's one thing to say that planning meals is important and it's a whole other thing to actually create a meal plan each week and stick with it.
Over the coming weeks and months I want to share more data, information and strategies around making meal planning doable. We all know that it's necessary but doing it is where things can get messy. What if you're the only person doing paleo? What if you don't have any support from your friends and family? What if you get off track and mess up your plan? What if you give in to temptation and go off plan? What if you don't feel motivated to create and follow your plan? What if you can't afford all the best ingredients? And the list of challenges goes on...
I want to answer these questions for you because we hear them, or some version of them, every day. We've collected enough data and knowledge that I believe we can help you create a custom plan that will help you achieve your goals. I'm talking about concrete advice and not feel good pandering about "just eat whole food" and "don't worry about calories." While I get that there is some good insight in statements like this, it doesn't mean that this sort of advice is a cure all.
There is enough information in the world of health, nutrition and fitness that you should be able to achieve your body composition goals. At PrimalPal we want to make meal planning something that helps you move towards your goals instead of something that holds you up. You know that it's necessary.
