Welcome to this week's edition of Free Paleo Meal Plan Friday.
Every Friday we bring you some of the best recipes the paleo world has to offer and we package them up in a tidy little paleo meal plan. Then we give it away!
We do this to save you time and to expose you to some new recipe ideas and paleo blogs that you might not have heard of before.
Each of our free paleo meal plans come complete with five dinner recipes, a weekly calendar for the meals and a complete shopping list.
If you have a good plan around dinner it will help you stick to your paleo meal plan. Leftovers are one of the best solutions to having a healthy lunch the next day.
Juicy PrimalPal Updates
We did a survey last week and the responses were amazingly insightful. It was very clear that the big factors that would help everyone with their paleo meal planning is a variety of recipes and the ability to customize your meal plan and shopping list.
The good news is that PrimalPal provides all of those things!
When you become a member you are able to create your own customized paleo meal plans. You can drag and drop the recipes you want right from the comfort of your very own meal planner.
We don't send you a pre-filled PDF telling you what you have to eat. What if you're allergic to eggs and half of the recipes contain eggs? That meal plan will not help you much. You're left scrambling to find meals to substitute in and it becomes a hassle. Remember... eating like a caveman should be easy.
In fact, PrimalPal gives you the ability to highlight and filter out recipes that contain ingredients your allergic or sensitive to. Do you want to leave out recipes containing dairy? No problem. Just check the box and PrimalPal does all the sorting for you.
Since the meal plan is fully customizable you can also adjust the serving size for any recipe you put in your plan. If you're having friends over and you need to prepare something for six people PrimalPal allows you to make that adjustment. Your shopping list will even update automatically the amount of ingredients you'll need. How perfect!
It's our belief that by giving you the tool to customize your own paleo meal plans we are teaching you how to fish rather than just giving you a fish... that you may or may not want to eat.
Submit Your Recipes and Keep Track of Your Favorites in One Place
Just this week users have sumbitted 25 recipes that were screened for paleo goodness and added to the database.
When you're a member you can submit your favorite recipes and creations to us right from your dashboard. It will be available for you to plan in no time!
With over 350 user submitted recipes and growing, PrimalPal provides you a way to keep track of your favorite meals with your own paleo recipe box. No two paleo lifetyle followers are alike. One may love eggplant and the other may hate it. PrimalPal let's you decide what you like and allows you to customize a plan around the paleo foods you love.
We don't want to sound like we're bragging but PrimalPal is the only paleo meal planning application that allows you to create a truly customized plan that fits your needs, period.
Enough with the pitch about PrimalPal. Enough with the hard closing ;) We're just proud of what we created and we want to make sure you know what PrimalPal is capable of and how it can help you live a healthy paleo lifestyle. We're here to support you no matter what. We love helping people live an awesome paleo lifestyle.
