Minnesota can't seem to shake winter! I'm left longing for sunshine and the ability to go outside without seeing my breath. Anyway...It's Free Paleo Meal Plan Friday and we have a delicious lineup for you this week.

In case this is your first time getting the free paleo meal plan let me just explain how this works. We put together a paleo meal plan using our PrimalPal system and we give it away every Friday.

The free paleo meal plan includes five recipes for dinner each weeknight for up to four people and it includes a complete shopping list. Everything you need for a week of delicious paleo dinners.
