Welcome to a Happy Easter edition of Free Paleo Meal Plan Friday. I hope that everyone is celebrating the beginning of spring in their own unique way.
I'm half tempted to run the streets in my birthday suit to celebrate the fact that we broke 50 degrees for the first time this year.
Anyway... A lot is happening over here at PrimalPal HQ. And by HQ I mean my kitchen table where Chad and I brainstorm and try to stay focused on getting projects finished for PrimalPal.
A Cool Idea from a New PrimalPal Member
If you use PrimalPal you already know that you can set your food preferences and filter out recipes that contain things like nuts, nightshades, dairy, fish and other common allergens.
We had a rather "duh" moment when our new member Erin suggested that we add a filter for recipes containing any form of sugar like honey and maple syrup. The idea is a must have for people who are using PrimalPal as their paleo meal planner during a Whole30 or a 21 Day Sugar Detox.
We should be able to have this feature up and running by next week. So if you're starting a new paleo challenge, Whole30 or 21 Day Sugar Detox you will definitely want to use PrimalPal to help you plan your meals and stay on track.
