Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in food processor or high powered blender like a Blendtec or Vitamix.
  2. Pulse until the nuts are roughly chopped and you have a dry ball of goo. If it’s too dry, add just a smidgen of water (seriously, just a little bit).
  3. Remove from blender/processor and form into a square and cut into bars. Alternately, roll into bite-size balls (my preferred method).
  4. Store in the refrigerator up to one week (if they last that long).
