Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Put all ingredients in a food processor except for the eggs. Mix up slightly, so that it is still powdery and not a paste. Put this mixture into a wide bowl. Whisk the eggs and put them in a separate bowl.
  3. Dip each piece into the egg and then into flour mixture. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, or until the thicker parts read 165 on a quick-read thermometer.
