Instructions

  1. Prepare the paleo pizza crust and precook approximately 12 minutes
  2. Mix the diced chicken with 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce and warm up
  3. Spread ¼ cup of BBQ sauce onto precooked crust
  4. Top with 1 cup of grated cheese, sliced onions, chicken and BBQ mixture and 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro
  5. Place in preheated 350 degree F oven onto a hot pizza stone and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
  6. Remove from oven and top with remaining 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro Slice and serve immediately
