Instructions

  1. Add the dates, onion, and garlic to a food processor and let chop thoroughly.
  2. Put this mixture into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well incorporated. Place chicken in the Crockpot and pour sauce over the top.
  3. Cook at least 4 hours or until cooked thoroughly.

Note: You can leave the apple juice out if you wish.
