Instructions

  1. Pulse raw cauliflower in food processor until rice like. Set aside.
  2. Saute all vegetables in coconut oil. Cook for 5 minutes. Add ground beef. Cook until all the beef is has no pink. Add cauliflower rice and cook for 5 minutes. Add seasonings and cook until cauliflower is tender but not mush. Finally mix in the scrambled egg.
