Instructions

  1. In a large pot, pour in coconut milk, butter, and spices and simmer on low.
  2. In another pot or large saucepan, pour in some water and drop in carrots and potatoes. Heat to a boil. Once carrots and potatoes are soft, drain and drop them into the pot of coconut milk.
  3. Place 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a skillet and throw in the mushrooms and onions. Sautee on low. Once finished, pour into pot of coconut milk.
  4. Place the other tbsp of coconut oil into another pan and cook the beef. Once the beef is finished, drain and put beef into pot with the coconut milk.
  5. Next, cook up the bacon in the same pan the beef was in. Cook the bacon to crispy stage if you wish. Chop up the bacon into small pieces and put into pot with coconut milk.
  6. Bring the entire mixture to a boil and then simmer. Serve alone or with a large salad.
  7. Enjoy the deliciousness!
