Instructions

  1. Heat ghee or clarified butter in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms, plus a pinch of salt, and cook until slightly browned and soft, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add bacon strips and cook until crispy. Leave fat in the skillet.
  3. While bacon is cooking, make burgers. Combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and one egg in a large bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Divide mixture into 4 equal parts and form into burger patties.
  4. Add burgers to same skillet bacon was cooked in. Cook over medium high heat for 7-10 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
  5. Cook 4 sunny side up eggs or any other style of eggs while burgers are cooking.
  6. To assemble: add mushrooms and onions to burgers, then a strip of bacon, then egg. Stuff into face and repeat often.
