Instructions

  1. Preheat outdoor grill or stove.
  2. In a large bowl, combine grated apple, celery, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix in honey, chicken, and cooked, crumbled bacon.
  4. Shape chicken mixture into 1/2-inch-thick sliders, using 1/8th pound of meat per slider.
  5. Grill over medium heat about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Freezing Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine grated apple, celery, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix in honey, chicken, and cooked, crumbled bacon.
  3. Shape chicken mixture into 1/2-inch-thick sliders, using 1/8th pound of meat per slider.
  4. Place in freezer bag separating each patty with parchment paper.  
  5. Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible, Label and freeze flat.
  6. To serve: Thaw. Grill over medium heat about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
