Instructions

  1. Bown the chicken in Olive Oil.
  2. Add all ingredients to jelly pan.
  3. Scoop out chunks of Coconut Oil and drop onto the vegetables and chicken.
  4. Sprinkle pepper over everything and cook at 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes.
  5. ENJOY!!!

This would be great for breakfast served with eggs!!!
