Instructions

  1. Bring chicken stock to a boil in a medium pot, then reduce to a simmer
  2. Use a Julienne slicer to make noodles out of the Zucchini.
  3. Add celery and carrots to pot and simmer until tender, about 10-20 minutes
  4. Add zucchini noodles and cook a few more minutes
  5. Serve
