Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degress,
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms and scoop out the insides to leave enough room for the stuffing.
  3. Chop about 1 cup of precooked Chorizo sausages.
  4. in a bowl, mix chorizo, onion and cheddar cheese to make stuffing mix.
  5. use a small spoon to pour stuffing mixure into mushroom caps and use back of spoon to pack inside mushroom cap.  
  6. Place stuffed mushrooms in small baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and allow 2-4 minutes to cool before serving.
