Instructions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients.  Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. In a hot skillet (medium-high heat) with a little bacon grease (this adds another layer of flavor), place mashed-down, golf-ball sized patties.  Cook until browned on each side (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  3. Transfer to a plate.  Squeeze fresh lime over the patties and serve with homemade cocktail sauce!
