Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sprinkle both sides of fish fillets with salt, black pepper and cumin. Squeeze lemon juice over filets.
  3. When skillet is hot, add tilapia filets and mushrooms and sauté for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. Fish is cooked through when it flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Place tilapia filets and mushrooms on a plate. Top with shredded cabbage and red bell peppers.
