Instructions

  1. Melt coconut oil in microwave for 10 seconds until is goes from a solid to a liquid. Not hot. Or it will cook the egg a bit.
  2. Stir in rest of ingredients. It’s that simple.
  3. Pour into bowls and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve hot. The consistency is slightly eggy at first but use a fork to break it up.
  5. Pour on the additional almond milk and berries, it forms into a creamy cereal-like texture. Top with extra stevia if you like it sweet.
