Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to about 400° (medium-heat grill).
  2. Slice the peaches in half, separate the halves gently with your hands, and discard the pit.
  3. Combine the olive oil, honey, and lemon juice to create the marinade for the peaches.
  4. Coat the peaches with the marinade.
  5. Cut the thyme leaves off the stem and sprinkle them on the peaches.
  6. Place the peaches on the grill, for about 4 minutes on each side.
  7. Cool for a moment and serve with yogurt and a drizzle of honey.
