Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, honey, soy sauce and black pepper.  
  2. Add chicken, garlic, onions and peppers into the bowl, cover and marinade in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
  3. Toss it all in a pan and cook for 12-15 minutes, until chicken juices run clear.
  4. Serve along side some stir-fry veggies and cauliflower rice.
