Instructions

  1. Stir the goat’s cheese into the ricotta.
  2. Finely slice the jalapeno and de-seed if you're sensitive to spice.
  3. Add jalapeno, black pepper and garlic. Mix well. Sprinkle the grated cheddar on top.
  4. Put under the broiler/grill for ten minutes until the top is a bubbling golden brown.
