Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
  2. Pate each fillet dry with paper towels. 
  3. Grind nuts in a food processor until fine. 
  4. Beat egg. 
  5. Dip fillets in egg, then coat with nuts on each side. 
  6. Arrange in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake for 15 minutes.
