Instructions

  1. Heat the stock in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add all the vegetables and spices and let simmer for about an hour, until tender
  3. Add the crab meat and allow to simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately or store leftovers in the refrigerator for a week.
