Instructions

  1. Heat the egg yolks, lemon juice, water, and sugar in a small skillet over very low heat, stirring constantly. 
  2. When it starts to thicken, place in cold water, while continuing to stir.
  3. Plop into a food processor. Blend for a few seconds and then let mixture sit uncovered for about 5 minutes to cool. 
  4. Add remaining dry ingredients and blend on low speed. 
  5. Pour oil slowly into the mixture until all ingredients are combined. 
  6. Scoop into a large glass container and chill immediately.
