Instructions

  1. Slice the sweet potato and arrange in the pie pan.
  2. Saute the onions, garlic and peppers. You can also lightly saute the broccoli as well.
  3. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl and pour over sweet potatoes. Top with raw cheese. 
  4. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
