Instructions

  1. Wash the cod under some cool water and dry using kitchen roll.
  2. Get a plastic bag and put the almond flour, salt and pepper into the bag.
  3. Hold close the plastic bag and shake, then place the cod in the bag and shake till it is evenly coated.
  4. Heat up 1 TBSP of olive oil on a medium heat.
  5. Place the dusted cod on the heated oil, if you have skin on your fillet place the skin side down first.
  6. Cook each side for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Serve, pour lemon juice on top and enjoy!

Tips:

You can add other ingredients to the mixture as you see fit, some herbs, perhaps some spices.  You also follow this recipe for any type of white fish.  However if you have thick cuts consider increasing the cooking time.
