Instructions

  1. Season the beef cubes to taste with sea salt and ground black pepper.
  2. Grab a large pan and stir fry the meat on all sides in a bit of coconut oil over medium heat.
  3. Set the beef cubes aside in a bowl, all a little bit of coconut oil again to the pan. Throw in the onions and the mushrooms. Saute until soft, approx 5 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and season to taste with some sea salt and ground black pepper. Stir for about another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Place the cooked onions and mushrooms with the beef in the crock pot. Add the wine, broth, carrots, tomatoes, and season again to taste. 
  6. Cook on low for about 6 hours. 
  7. Add the chopped cabbage and cook for another hour. 
  8. Adjust the season to your taste if needed and serve. (Be careful with Salt/Sodium)
