Instructions

  1. Rub pork chops with crushed red pepper flakes and paprika
  2. Preheat medium-high heat skillet
  3. Add Coconut oil to skillet
  4. Add pork chops and salt and pepper to taste
  5. Cook for 5-7 min on each side
  6. Once cooked remove from skillet
  7. In the same skillet add balsamic vinegar, onions,honey, minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste
  8. Bring to a Boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 6-8 min stirring occasionally
  9. Remove from heat and Serve with pork chops
  10. Enjoy!
