Start making the cauliflower crust by pulsing pieces of cauliflower in a food processor until the pieces are tiny and rice like. (Each head of cauliflower yields about 3 cups of rice.)
Pop your rice into the microwave for 8 minutes so it can cook a bit before you put everything together.
Once the cauliflower has cooled down, place it in between paper towels (Or some other official kitchen tool that I don’t own.) and press out as much moisture as possible. Trust me when I say PRESS. And press. And then press some more. And when you think you are done… press some more.
I prefer to mix the ingredients together with a whisk. Why? I have no idea.
It took about 5 scoops to fill each Bake-A-Bowl compartment.
I baked the bowls at 350 for 25 minutes, pulled them out and filled with ingredients, and then popped them back in for 10 minutes.
Let the bowls cool down to the point of being able to touch them and serve.
