Instructions

  1. To make the non-spicy one, add all ingredients without the chili powder and Sriracha in a bowl. Mix with clean hands. Wet your hands and gently form a patty. Place on a sheet of wax paper while you make the hot ones.
  2. Add the rest of the spicy ingredients and continue making patties with wet hands.
  3. Cut the wax paper into individual squares.This will make it easy to transfer the patties to your hot skillet. 
  4. Grill on a hot skillet until cooked through.
