"Peanut Butter" Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350-degrees F
  2. In a medium-size bowl, first mix all the dry ingredients together
  3. In a smaller bowl, next mix all the wet ingredients together
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients, and combine
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips
  6. Roll cookie dough into 2″ balls, and press down with a fork
  7. Note: If the dough feels too sticky, put in refrigerator for a half hour
  8. Bake on cookie sheet with parchment paper about 9 – 11 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. (Oven cooking times may vary)
  9. Allow to cool and enjoy!
