Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet (preferably cast iron) over medium-high heat
  2. Place brussels and onions in skillet and cook for 5 minutes (until they just start to brown)
  3. Add juice and zest and cook for an additional 5 minutes (I stir more frequently in the second five minutes to keep them from burning)
  4. Add pepper and salt. Stir well and serve!
