Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet on medium heat with coconut oil, ghee, or butter. Add in your onions and let them start to soften.
  2. While that’s happening, chop your 3⁄4 apple into bite-size pieces and add that into the skillet as well. The extra quarter of the apple is a snack for you and whatever helpers you have in the kitchen {for me it’s normally the dog—she loves her apples}.
  3. While those are getting all friendly, cut your tenderloin into bite-size pieces. Remove any fat or sinew if you don’t like eating it {I don’t, so I trim it down}.
  4. Add the pork tenderloin into the pan along with the rosemary, apple cider vinegar, and salt and pepper.
  5. Allow it to finish cooking and then serve.
  6. Enjoy!
