Instructions

  1. If you have frozen bananas (peeled of course) then you can simply take one out of your freezer to add to your smoothie, or you can add 1 fresh banana with the rest of your ingredients. I like to add milk and powders first, and let those blend, and then add in the solid ingredients to avoid having chunks. If you have a Vitamix or a Blendtec, this smoothie will be extra creamy, otherwise a regular blender will do the trick.
