Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
  3. Cut cauliflower into small pieces, 3/4 to 1 inch.
  4. Melt butter or coconut oil and add the rosemary and garlic.
  5. Mix well and pour over the cauliflower.
  6. Stir to coat the cauliflower.
  7. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the cookie sheet.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Bake in the 400 degree oven for 30-35 minutes, stirring after about 20 minutes to brown evenly.
  10. Serve warm.
