Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and form into golf ball sized balls.  Place in greased (coconut oil) baking pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.  Drizzle some of the salsa verde on the plate before adding your meatballs.
  3. Makes 30 meatballs.
