Instructions

  1. In a skillet placed over a medium-high, brown the ground beef with the onion and the garlic together until the beef is cooked through.
  2. Drain off a good amount of the rendered fat.
  3. Place the beef in the slow cooker and add all the remaining ingredients.
  4. Season to taste and stir until well combined.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
  6. Serve over a mushroom cap, roasted eggplant, homemade fries, or as desired.
