Instructions

  1. Wash then chop kale leaves and remove stems.
  2. Cut bacon into 1/4" pieces.
  3. Sautee bacon until crispy.
  4. Add kale with a dash of salt.
  5. Stir for a few minutes then add a dash of vinegar.
  6. Season to taste.
