Instructions

  1. Bring Sun dried tomatoes bring a small pot to boil.
  2. Once boiling turn off heat and place tomatoes in water for 3 minutes.
  3. Drain sun dried tomatoes and chop into small pieces.
  4. Mix eggs, almond milk, parsley, adobo seasoning garlic, and onion together. Add in sun dried tomatoes.
  5. Add in sun dried tomatoes.
  6. Place egg mixture in a skillet and scramble until done.
