Instructions

  1. Fill a to-go container with roughly torn, bite-size Romaine lettuce - top with the plum tomatoes and shallots.
  2. Next, pour the olive oil all over, seal up the container, and shake!
  3. Eat directly from the container or pour into a large bowl.
  4. Dress it up you can add shredded carrot, thinly sliced bell peppers, and maybe some salt & pepper.
  5. Lastly, add any protein of choice (optional).
