Instructions

  1. Heat wok or large skillet over high heat and coat with coconut oil. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
  2. Add peppers, garlic, tomato, lemon, and onion, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add parsley and oregano, stir-fry for another minute.
  4. Add chicken broth.
  5. Cook until sauce thickens.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
