Instructions

  1. Add oil to sauté pan & cook onions & garlic over medium heat until tender. 
  2. Remove skin from baked sweet potatoes. 
  3. Puree broth, milk, seasonings, sautéed onions & garlic, and baked sweet potato in strong blender, or with hand blender. 
  4. Heat & serve.
