Instructions

  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat
  2. When pan is hot, add the ground beef and brown
  3. Using a colander, drain the fat from the meat and add it to the crock pot
  4. Place all other ingredients into the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours
  5. Garnish soup with chopped fresh cilantro or sliced avocado
