Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350
  2. Melt coconut oil.
  3. On a baking sheet lined with foil, spread out sliced taro and pour the coconut oil over top and sprinkle with salt. Mix around thoroughly to ensure both sides of each taro piece is coated.
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until they start to brown.
  5. Enjoy
