Instructions

  1. In cast iron skillet crumble ground beef, then top with onions and mushrooms.
  2. Cover and cook on medium-high heat about 5-8 minutes.
  3. Uncover and turn, cooking meat until no longer pink.
  4. Add in spinach and cook until warmed through.
  5. Finally top with olives, crushed garlic and salt.
  6. Mix again and serve!
