Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Preheat skillet on medium with coconut oil
  3. Saute onions and garlic on skillet until tender
  4. Combine shredded sausage, eggs, sliced zucchini, parsley, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly
  5. Add the sautéed onions and garlic into the bowl and mix thoroughly
  6. Take a baking pan and grease with coconut oil and place mixture in dish
  7. Sprinkle top with chopped almonds.
  8. Bake for 30-45 min
  9. Serve and Enjoy
