How to Use Leftovers in Your Paleo Meal Plan

Hey! It's Chris with PrimalPal. I Have a quick message for you about using leftovers in your Meal Plan. Leftovers are an essential part of any Paleo Meal Plan, because it adds simplicity to your week.

What we always tell people is start out with having a good idea of what you're going to have for dinner. Then make extra at dinner, so you have some leftover to take with you for lunch. You could even use certain leftovers for breakfast the next day. I mean whatever you want to do.

In your Meal Plan what we suggest is you just leave those meals blank, where you are going to utilize leftovers. Here you can see on Thursday the 18th we have Chicken Parmigiana Plant. If I go up here and click the "Change Servings" I can see that I have enough here for four people.

What I would do is I would change this to six people. Hit "Update" now that that's updated I know that I'll have enough ingredients on my shopping list to prepare Chicken Parmigiana for six people on Thursday. And then I'll have enough to take with me to work on Friday for lunch.
